My City Mortgage Provides Spanish Speaking Staff & Services

Jul 27, 2022

Hi, my name is Ian Lopera – the newest member of the My City Mortgage loan originating team.

I was born and raised in NEPA and currently live in Clarks Summit with my family. I come from a Marketing background and worked in that field for a little over 6 years. I love the outdoors and camping as well as a good movie and concert.

I am pleased to play a part in My City Mortgage’s increased efforts to make lending to the Spanish-speaking community in our area an easier endeavor for all parties involved. As a Spanish-speaking loan originator, it’s my goal to make sure our clients understand what the mortgage loan process looks like, and what is expected of them and to instill confidence in them through access to information.

At My City Mortgage, our entire website can now be read in Spanish through a convenient toggle switch.

We also have a Spanish inquiry application on our website so Spanish-speaking borrowers can feel confident when they are filling out an application asking for specific and sensitive financial information. If you are Spanish speaking and looking to buy a home or have a client who would feel more comfortable purchasing their home with a lender who can (literally) speak their language, please give me a call at (570) 575-9082.

Gracias!
