* When you close with us, we will cover up to $1000 in lender fees AND up to $600 of your appraisal cost.

Applicants are responsible for any appraisal fees and lender costs in excess of $1600.

How to qualify:

Applicants must be active with the *Philadelphia Police Department at the commencement of the program period. First Responders are defined as active as Police Officers, Sheriffs/Sheriff Deputies, State Troopers and Federal Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters (paid or volunteer). New home purchase must be financed through My City Lending. $600 Good Faith Deposit required.


