That’s why we’ve dedicated our services to help Texas veterans realize their dreams of homeownership. Our home loans are not just competitive, but they also require little to no down payment.
And we go a step further. For our heroes with a VA service-connected disability rating of 30% or more, we offer discounted interest rates. Our commitment is to provide up to $726,200 on a fixed-rate loan for 15, 20, 25, or 30-year terms. This is our way of saying thank you for the sacrifices you’ve made for our country.
Buying a home is a huge commitment and you need someone that will work for you and help you understand each step of the way.

about us
My City Mortgage strives to provide applicants with a smooth, transparent loan process.
We spend time with our clients upfront so we can place them in the most suitable, affordable loan program possible. Our prequalification step includes a detailed review of an applicant’s future monthly payment as well as the total amount of money that will be needed at closing. Our goal is to avoid any confusion or frustration that might come along with the home buying process!
The most important part of our process for buyers and agents is protecting them from rushed or misleading pre-approvals.
